Velomobile

If you've recently spotted this sleek looking sports job, you've seen the ultimate "green" sports car.

This is a velomobile. It is a 3 wheeled "recumbent" bicycle that is contained in an ultralight aerodynamic fibreglass hull. It is comfortable and it can maintain road speeds in excess of what a normal cyclist can ride at. It's cushioned reclining seat allows you to ride for hours, even in inclement weather. It comes with an optional fabric rooftop and, for those who cycle in hilly terrain, an electric assist motor. This is the ultimate sports machine that is powered solely by the latest 27 gear Shimano technology. It comes with a retractible headlight, turn signal indicators and a horn (yes even a bell and a bike computer).
